Nessos the Oracle

Nessos the Oracle
Nessos spawns on one of the three small islands with a hut north of Zouchin Village.
He drops a fun item, which I promptly went to try on a player mounted on a flying mount. But, I got the 'invalid target' message. Seems that it only works in a party. But, the fun we could have!

Drops: Mountain Trailblazer's Cuffs, Hardened Shell

    i was lvl 90 and got killed by this... he was not in my party and he was on horde
